Our dedicated team is also on hand to help with any property and maintenance issues that may come up throughout your tenancy, finding the right resolutions to get things back on track.

Transparent fees

We don’t charge a reference fee when you apply to rent a property with us. You’ll pay one week’s rent as a holding fee when you apply and this money is used as part-payment towards your first month’s rent. Full details about the holding fee will be provided with our application to rent form and are also available on request.

We don’t charge for renewals of tenancy or if you move away from us and need a reference for your new property.

If you request a tenancy change or variation, you’ll be charged a fee of £50 plus vat. We may also impose a charge if you decide to end your tenancy early.

If rent isn’t paid during your tenancy, then we do reserve the right to charge interest at 3% above the Bank of England rate. These charges start accruing 14 days after the rent due date and will be charged for the whole period that your rent remains outstanding.
